Boating World South Africa is riding high after another milestone sale, this time an Azimut Fly 68. Boating World ends off the year having imported two boats in the Azimut Fly series, a notable achievement and a further illustration of the resilience of the top-end recreational boating market. The Company brought in an Azimut Fly 60 earlier this year, with three out of four co-ownership shares already sold. The Azimut Fly 68 is on its way to a single owner, who wishes to remain anonymous.

In a short statement on its website the Company says the latest arrival is a big step up for the local market “affirming the growing customer demand for luxury motor yachts from Boating World and its represented brands in sub-Saharan Africa.”

“The epitome of a ‘world yacht’, the Azimut Fly 68, has been designed in collaboration with naval architect Alberto Mancini for the exteriors and world-renowned designer Achille Salvagni for the interiors to create a truly unique motor yacht that adapts to the desires of its owners and their bespoke onboard lifestyle requirements,” the Company statement says.

Congratulations to Derrick Levy and his team on another successful year.
