Southern Wind has offered a glimpse inside the world of superyacht luxury with details of the SW100X interior design.

Anybody in the market for this league of comfort is likely to be impressed with the latest work by Nauta Design, Southern Wind’s design partner for nearly 40 performance sailing yachts in the 90 – 100ft range.  The SW100X Allseas was officially launched in March.

Southern Wind says the latest interiors ‘redefine the connection between the guests and the sea’

“This transformation extends not only to the exterior spaces, where a sprawling 20-square-meter seaside lounge provides an authentic terrace on the sea, but also permeates the interior spaces. The glass windows and surfaces surpass those found on any comparable sailing yacht, allowing for extraordinary views of the surrounding seascape and bathing the interior with natural light,” the  Company says in a statement issued earlier this month (October).  “In shaping the layout of the SW100X, Southern Wind drew inspiration from their rich heritage, starting from the historic SW100 series, and continuing with the SW102, SW96, and SW105 semi-custom projects. Thanks to the transversal orientation of the tender garage, the internal volumes have been optimized to achieve interior spaces typically associated with a 105-foot vessel within a 100-foot hull.”

Other noteworthy features include 270° panoramic windows in the newly designed coach-roof, extra-large hull windows on either side, and a transparent double wide companionway.
