The Balance Catamaran family just got a bit bigger with the addition of a sleek new 526 out of the Nexus yard in Cape St Francis. The eye-catching ‘Apex’ was photographed leaving the Nexus facility on its way to the ocean. The Balance 526 is one of the yard’s flagship models, featuring foam core hulls and decks, carbon daggerboards and heavily carbon reinforced structures and total epoxy construction.
“She’s built and sails just like a high-performance racing cat and yet remains amazingly easy to operate and maintain,” the Company says on their website.
The latest ‘Apex’ launch also enjoyed some airtime on the Company’s social media platforms: “Get ready to embark on a thrilling voyage with us as we launch this magnificent creation.
