Zhik appoints exclusive SA agents
Australian technical apparel brand Zhik has appointed South Africa’s Marine Connect as their exclusive SA agents.
Marine Connect was founded by South African Warren Harvey as a supplier into the local marine and watersports sector. Harvey said the Zhik deal would connect the local market to exciting new products: “We are very excited and proud to have partnered with Zhik by receiving the exclusive agency for South Africa,” Harvey said in a joint statement. “Having closely monitored Zhik’s progress over the past four years, we have seen how the brand has radically changed the industry’s approach by developing an extensive range of cutting-edge water sports apparel. From kite-surfing, dinghies, coastal cruising to extreme ocean racing, this is exactly what the yachting industry has been crying for,” Harvey said.
